I HAVE WAITED 7 MONTHS AND STILL NO RESPONSE

I have registered as an IIA member and fully paid up all fees and I am awaiting a confirmation letter in order to register for my exam for the last 7 months. I have been requesting feedback from the South African branch since forever and all I have been told was that They are waiting for response from the global branch.. But recently I do not get a response as to what is going on. I feel the behavior and professionalism of this board is ridiculous. How long must I wait to write my first paper? Hopefully this matter will be taken seriously as up to now all they requested was money which has been paid with no action. If so they should refund me fully as I have not gained anything from them
