Can seem to get hold of my Certificate for 1997

Good day

Two weeks ago i contacted Boston and requested my Secretarial Certificate. Well according to the gentleman that helped me they were able to track down and confirmed that I studies there - now today i have a different story - I Just need my certificate for an wonderful oppurtunity that has come my way. Why am I not getting any pleasure. Can someone please please assist me
