NOT HELPFUL

Ive had just about enough with the gentlemen at the Academic Office in Varsity College Sandton. Apart from being rude and arrogant, he is not as helpful as he is supposed to be. Assignments have to be submitted by 9am on the due date. I waited in line from 8:30am to hand in my assignment and head back to class. Before we submit hard copies, we are required to submit it online to [URL Removed] to check for plagiarism, which I have done and printed a Turnitin receipt as proof of submission that has been attached to my assignment. Finally, I got to the front & handed in my assignment but he would not take it in. Apparently it had to be printed directly from turnitn after online submission. I was not informed of that. I tried to explain to him that I was not able to print at the campus library as I did not have library credits & the finance office opens at 11am to buy library credits. He did not accept that & said I should negotiate with the librarian to print it out for me or get penalized for handing in my assignment late. The librarian informed me that she could not help me and I had to wait for the Finance office to open at 11am, so I will be penalized for handing it in after 9am.
