Pathetic service from Damelin

I have been a student with Dameline for one and a half year. Ever since registration i have been experiencing poor services. I have submitted my last assignment on 20 Feb 2013 which takes up to 30 working days to be marked. I called after this period for my assignment mark and no one could assist. I spoke to Molefe who says he is a team leader, they called me after a few days with a mark. To date I have not yet received my marked assignment, i called various times and they mentioned they will contact the assignment centre and still no feedback. I asked for my certificate to be posted as well and they can only post it after my assignment is posted to me, in which day and age does Damelin plan to post my last assignment. We already on 14 May and no feedback on results are submitted, is it going to take Damelin another 4 months to submit my certificate.
