UNISA WEBSITE DOWN - CANT SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT

I have been trying to logon to UNISA to submit my assignment since Saturday 4th May 2013. The Unisa website, and myUnisa where i need to submit this assignment, has been down on Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th, and even today the 6th which is the final day for submission. How does one operate under such conditions? This is a Post Graduate course. For Tax4863 they have stipulated, no submission no exam entry. I have wasted R4000 on this module. This is unprofessional from Unisa. its a distance learning centre. Your website is down whiles assignments are due this is very ruthless. Very dissapointed.
