INCOMPETENT UNISA STAFF

I Brunolyn Basenyeng Malope, student number:39160165. I would like to lay a complaint about the unfairness I have received from UNISA. In 2012 October, I went to Unisa in Pretoria to register for Bed in ECD and only to realise that I had to do ABET certificate as an entry to my degree. As I was prepared to register for that ABET cert, I was advised by one of the UNISA advisors not to register for the ABET cert, but to register for extended programme which will only take 6months, then in july which is second semester I will be starting with the degree in education. Sadly, when I went to Unisa (11/07/2013) to register for my degree I was told by Mdududzi one of the advisors that I have completed a wrong course, which will not lead me to register for the degree. Personally I feel that it is unfair to be penalised for the incompetent staff of Unisa, because the communication I got from Mduduzi and his manager Khubon was, they going to cancel the modules that I have passed well and credit the funds to the ABET modules that I must register for this semester. The institution must not nail me for their incompetent staff. All I need is my modules to be kept as is because they form part of my degree
