BAD TREATMENT

I registered my child with Damelin in 2010 for Grade 12.The study material arrived in June, but the money was deducted every month. I decided to cancel, and I personally returned their book, but I did not get the refund. In 2011 I registered my daughter in Intec, and i wasn't aware that it is the same company. I received the books, and the debit order went off every monthend. In March I went to their branch in Braamfontein enquire about the payment of examination fees. The consultant phoned Capetown headoffice infront of me, and gave me the phone to speak to the lady who told me that exam fees is only payable at the centre where you write exams in november, and not intec. In september i went to enquire about the balance in braamfontein, and was told that after five month the account will be paid in full. Last year I was phoned by their lawyers who told me that I owe them R3300.I made an arrangement and paid R200, but was getting telephone threats and emails that were threatening me. This month I have settled the account. I have not received a clearance certificate, and the next thing they will say that I owe them. I was made to pay their lawyers whereas they also owe me the money paid todame
