Useless

Since I registered in 2010 for General management, I have had endless troubles.

1St I get sent the wrong study material. Had to wait another 6 months for the correct material.
2nd, My employer paid for the studies a once off amount of R8644.00 on 30 June 2010. A year later, Intec listed me on ITC for not paying them.
3rd, Now I find out today that again I owe them R50.00 for exam fees. I have written and passed 4 exams already, and not once was an exam fee asked. Why now, when the amount that was paid R8664.00 included the exam fee.
