Constant issues, never go with Intec

In 2010 I registered to do a General management certifcate. 6 Months after payment was done, I receive Marketing management study material. I took this up with them, and in 2011 I received the correct study material. Before my first exam in 2011, i was listed on ITC for not paying them and owing R8000 odd. But the company I work for paid it in full on the 1st day of registration in 2010. Now due to their neglegence, again and again and of for sakes again, they refuse to extend my course to November 2013 exams as I will be out of the country during the June 2013 exams.

If it was not due to neglegence on their behalf, I could've been finished last year November. I only have two more subjects to go. I have been sending numerous emails and they just ignore you.
