Paid R19 900 AND NO STUDY MATERIAL

I registered on 4 Dec for Financial Accounting. There is levels, for each level I need to write exams. The first level I need to write is Level 3. I need to register the ICB for this BEFORE 31 March. I also need to supply the ICB with a profile. HOW CAN I DO THIS IF INTEC IS SLOW IN SENDING MY STUDY MATERIAL??? INTEC IS WELL OVER THE 21 DAYS??? I have used my last money for this course. I need to start working asap. This is why I need to write exams in May. But if Intec takes any longer I will have to write in August. Intec is playing with peoples lives now?? Can you please just send my study material. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT UNTIL FEBRUARY! I NEED THE MATERIAL NOW!! BEFORE END OF JAN OR PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP!! SO THAT I CAN GET THE STUDY MATERIAL FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.
