Vouchers for examination

I have just spoken to Sharon at the college in Johannesburg who deals with student queries. She is the manager there and my complaint is that I called on behalf of my son to book his CompTia exams and was told my PearsonVu that the course will expire end of August and will be available to write again. I called Damelin and spoke to them on 3 occassions and asked about the procedure for the vouchers and was told to call PearsonVu and make the appointment and call them and they will issue the vouchers via email. Well PearsonVu can't book the appointment until the voucher numbers are supplied and I was told it takes 1 week for the vouchers to be sent out. Are you kidding me? My son has until 30/8/2013 to write even though he only finishes his course in March 2014.. So I paid Damelin money in full and now my child probably won't get to write his exams unless I pay the fee myself but why the should I when it was included in his course. Is there any legal advice as I am now being told I should have called earlier and the students were called and explained the course was expiring. My son did not get any calls from Damelin and as had no correspondence since he signed up to do the this
