Knowledge To Action
Knowledge to NON-ACTION in sorting out customers

Education & Science

In March I attended the Success Summit and duly got carried away and booked a forex course for close on R24000. I paid by credit card on the day of the event and then 5 days later I was debited for a second time. I immediately canceled since I was so annoyed, and after having spoken to Shaun Barrie at K2A, I indicated that the Rob Allen course which I had booked I would also not be attending since I had little trust in them. There was also an amount of almost R3000 which had been debited to my account. After numerous months I got my first refund and then in June I eventually received my second refund. I am still waiting to hear about my R3000. This institution should not be trusted. I was really looking forward to learning some new skills, but realise one should not be swept up in the hype. They must think we are total suckers! If they could at least have some semblance of care for their customers this may help matters somewhat but I agree with my fellow-sufferers that they are good at taking your money and after that, it's not their concern it appears. That will teach me to think that institutions are honest and have their paying customer's interests at heart. K2A, please sort it
