Can't continue studying

I registerd last year April with the above institution for Admin clerk coarse and the coarse fee 8000 payable on monthly basis. I did introduction to computer and touch typing assignment. I was suppose to finish the coarse this year October. When I went back again there I was told I owe the institution money so I should not come back again. That realy surprises me was that I had already paid 7500 my balance was 500. But their lecture Ms Mphumelelo said I should come back until I settled my account. I was realy disappointed by the way I was treated because we agreed that payment should be made monthly and being chased away from the school was realy shocking and I felt humilated. Up to this day I would not recommend it to anyone.
