To whom it may concern. Ihave being a customer from the time your store opened in Nelspruit. You have the most fantastic product range. The people attending to customers always had good knowledge of what they were selling. This has gone backwards and i find them clueless. I am a account holder there, but am considering closing moving elsewhere. When you looking at spending 20 or 30 thousand rand on products the least you can expext is advice from someone who is properly trained.
