Adam Ginsberg breach of contract

Another company that needs exposed is Adam Ginsberg. Also making all sorts of promises, webinars that never happen and always have excuses. First that they had issues with the Success Summit's subscriber list, then the webinars were rescheduled. Then it went well for 3 webinars, then Adam had a family emergeny. The next time they had problems with the Webinar website, then the next time they suddenly stopped all the webinars due to problem with the Success Summit team. I am currently waiting for Knowledge to Action to get back to me as everything points back to them and applied for a refund as I have valid cause to do so. Contract was void due to no service delivery, and thus the Terms and Conditions do not apply! This is now the 3rd week as I have been bounced around. These companies need to be exposed and banned to come to South Africa! We will not fall for these kinds of international!
