Three case numbers later and still no registration

I tried to register for the academic year 2013 on 19 December 2012. For some reason the online registration would not be allowed and I was told to send a query to the study-info - this was done and a manual registration form was received the same day.
I completed the necessary form, emailed and faxed the same through again the same day with proof of payment for registration.
Registrations for the new year closes today, and I still have not been registered despite three queries and cases loaded since?
Please would someone contact me to sort this out or make sure that you refund me immediately!
