When will my registration be completed/confirmed?

I registered online for the 2013 academic year (and made the full payment, via CC) on the 27th of November 2012 (a day after the registration period opened- the idea being to get this done nice and early to give UNISA time to process everything long in advance).

It's almost two months down the line today, and with a day and a half remaining before registration closes on the 25th of January, I still haven't received any confirmation from them- registration still incomplete. "Registration Tracking" on their website shows "In Progress" as has been the case for the past 6 weeks. My efforts to email their admin in charge of registration were met with automated replies acknowledging receipt of my emails without actually informing me of when or how my query would be dealt with. Attempts to contact individuals (via information supplied on its website for this very purpose) dealing with registration within the specific faculty/department were futile- the phone rings but is never answered.

Can I urgently request clarification on my registration status, and why it has taken so long. At this rate the Friday deadline will elapse without me receiving an update from them.
