PROBLEMS WITH MYUNISA LINKS

I can't access the discussion link on https://my.unisa.ac.za/portal/site/SUS1501-13-S2-10T, there is a webpage error: 'the placement id and site id must be supplied as page parameters'. I don't know who to contact about this problem because I have an assign due on 12/08/2013 SUS1501 that must be submitted through this link. What is when u have a problem at unisa you don't know who to contact, i Have sent endless emails to everyone I can think of, whats scary is there never ever a response or an announcement about general problems.
