No explanation for being expelled

In February 2013 I registered my child with the institution for furthering her studies (Nursing). Mid June the institution took students for the practicals in a certain Hospital (Mpumalanga), they (student) were expelled from the hospital, I tried to find out the reason behind that, I could not get it from the principal. So I was so sceptical about the institution and i took my child out of the institution to another institution (registered with nursing council) to further her studies. I wanted my money back because they could not provide my child what she enrolled for or give me the reason for being expelled from the hospital. The principal did not want to give money back and no explanation as far. I have visited the school and spoke to the principal on two occasions but failed that was on the 28 June 2013 and 15 july 2013.
