BAD SERVICE WE RECIEVE AS STUDENT FROM MILPARK

I ENROLLED IN MILPARK BEGINING OF LAST YEAR. MY FIRST YEAR WAS VERY GOOD UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF CARIN WHO LEFT THE INSTITUTION. A NEW PROGRAMME MANAGER TOOK OVER EARLY THIS YEAR. THE SERVICE AT THE INSTITUTION BECAME WORSE. WE WERE NOT REGISTERED ON TIME THIS YEAR. WE HAVE TO PHYSICALLY COME TO THE INSTITUTION TO DEMAND OUR COURSE MATERIAL FROM THE INSTITUTION. EVEN AFTER THAT, THERE WAS NO APOLOGY FROM THE INSTITUTION OF THE BAD SERVICE WE HAD RECIEVED. I RECENTLY E-MAILED THE ADMIN OFFICE REQUESTING A REWRITING OF ONE OF THE EXAM PAPERS. THE REASON BEING I HAVE HAD FAMILY PROBLEMS ON THE TIME WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO PREPARE FOR THE EXAMS, AND I FELT THAT I DIDN'T WRITE WELL BECAUSE THE PROBLEM AFFECTED ME EMMOTIONALLY. I EMAILED THE INSTITUTION ABOUT IT. UP UNTIL NOW NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO EVEN LOOK OR RESPOND TO ME THAT THEY WERE OF COURSE LOOKING AT THE ISSUE. IT IS NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME THOUGH. YOU WILL SEND IN A REQUEST AND THEY WILL ALL IGNORE YOUR CONCERNS. TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THAT OUT MATERIAL WAS DELIVERED LATE. I AM SURE THIS INSTITUTION CARES ABOUT MAKING A HUGE PROFIT OUT OF STUDENTS WITHOUT GIVING BACK PROPER QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO THE STUDENTS
