INSTITUTION THAT CANNOT DELIVER WHAT IT PROMISES

I am a 48 year businessman, who was taken for a fool by Justin and company. I paid a total of R 2 300.00 on the 07th December 2012 for books, registration and deposits. They use second hand photocopied books, with spelling/gramar errors, books cut so skew that sentences and words are cut off. I had not received any formal documenttion and was neither guided through the examination processes. Numerous calls including driving from Benoni to their offices resulted in a dead end for me. I received two books in March 2013 after the first examination sitting in February 2013 which I was not informed about. I have had meetings with Justin and the principal of this institution, with no positive results. Six months later, I have not had any service from this institution at all. I requested a refund from Justin, and was turned down with a nasty attitude from him. I have since reported this to the necessary authorities. Anyone wanting to do part time studIes, stay clear from this institutuon. They will offer you the world, and once you pay them, they will ignore you completely. I also found out that they did not register me with the department of Education. WHAT A WAY TO MAKE MONEY???
