DO NOT STUDY HERE!! THEY WILL CLAIM YOU OWE MONEY!

I am absolutely disgusted by the accounts personnel and debt collecting team of UKZN. I de-registered myself after 1st Semester in 2007... 2007!!! All fees and exam fees were paid otherwise I would not have been able to write my exams in the first place!

I received a call from UKZN debt collectors last year 2012 in September/October stating that I owe outstanding fees... I had told and explained to the lady from UKZN that I haven't received ANY dated documents/invoices/statements from UKZN of any outstanding amounts (As I am always on time with my bills and repayments). I gave her my email address and postal address and asked her to send all dated documents to me. After 10 months, I still have received nothing!

Now I have a Megan Hendricks demanding payment from me for the exact same "outstanding payment". This is absolutely ridiculous and is effecting my credit record... I am planning to take serious legal and media action against UKZN if this problem is not illeviated!!! Claiming that someone owes you money without any documentation being sent or existing after 6 years... Ridiculous!!! To the students out there, study at DUT or UNISA.. You will not encounter such errors!
