IRRITATED!!

I am a student at ukzn and i pay my fees in on time, every time. they in fact owe me money as i paid in my fees before i actually got a statement and had paid in an extra R2000. it is now 2014 and i am trying to register for my modules and they refuse to let me do so. luckily i have proof of payments as well as many other emails which show i have paid in my fees. the westville campus is the most unorganized campus i have ever came across. their service is really pathetic. i wonder how they expect to give world recognized degrees when they don't know whats happening in their own facility.
