Most horrid registration eve

I never knew it would be such a mission just registering at a educational institution like UNISA.

I've been trying to get information from UNISA since late last year 2012 if not middle last year. There is no reliable landlines to contact and when you send an email it only gets answered months later. They lack a proper communication structure.

I would just like to know if I am registered and if not can't they assign you to one person who can assist you with your registration problem???
