Hi

I am a student at Unisa currently studing NSMD, however I also work full time. One of our modules is EUP1501 which we had to as a online course i had endless troubles with trying to download or upload information or the required assignments. I made use of the 24h help service with their advice I tried to change the settings on my Laptop which crashed, it was then brought to my attention that if I don't have any 2010 Word or excel documents I would not succeed with this module so i went to my company IT asked him for help still not joy, when it came toward my exam which was in May i stressed out managed to get the some information of the "online course "which was incomplete and I practiced using the information i had at my displosal. I get my exams results - 97% for my exam but I failed the module because I did not have a profile mark. The most fustrating part is this "online course " required a fast internet connection and access to internet most times I work in an area where i dont have a great internet connection and I couldnt go to an area which provided a fast internet connection because i work... How can I fail with a mark of 97 %? given endless effort to try!
