No Response from Unisa on incorrect billing

I have been billed for an unexplained cost mid-year (all fees are added to your account at the beginning of each semesters for obv reasons)
I would like some further explanation as to what this cost is. It is urgent as Unisa withholds results until fees are settled.
I cannot go into the office as I work (Unisa is intended to be correspondence learning)
I have mailed each and everyone of the following contacts in desperation for a response. I have no mailed 4 times.
