Pathetic administration during registration

Unisa needs to make a plan. EVERY year it's such a struggle to get registered and EVERY year I have to drive 2 hours to get to the regional offices.
It's January and registration for heaven's sake. PLAN FOR IT! All the phone numbers are either busy or disconnected. No replies on the SMS services or from emails.
It's pathetic. And it's my only option.
