Education Institution's pathetic incompetence

The incompetence of this education institution is beyond disgusting. I registered on the 2nd of January, over a month later the website still hasn't been updated. Someone sends me an email to say I did not make the criteria for studying for 4th year honours in psychology as I may 4% short of the required 60%.
However, after giving students the option to submit a motivational letter should they not have 60%, UNISA did not even so much as give me to option to exercise it in the first place. Furthermore, they tell me to register for 3rd year subjects AFTER the deadline for registration has closed.
Because hey who cares that I waste a whole year of study time. Certainly NOT UNISA
I've tried emailing everyone - ombudsman included and have received no help whatsoever. It is highly disappointing when the people we as students look up to are so unprofessional and incompetent.

Unisa has discontinued their call centre and the few numbers they have provided, no one bothers to answer. Why bother UNISA? You're a disappointment! After four yeas of being a UNISA student - this is the help we get. I am beyond disgusted
