Waiting since 16 January for registration

I registered for my next semester with UNISA on 16 January 2013. After countless phone calls and emails to UNISA my registration is still incomplete. Trying to get hold of UNISA's call centre is an absolute nightmare. If you are lucky enough to actually get through to somebody they sound as if they have just woken up or are busy eating their lunch. I have been told more times than I care to count that my registration would be complete by the next day or latest the end of the week. How can an establishment of higher education have such ignorant and quite frankly useless people working for them? It seems as though nobody really cares about the students and their study material but paying their fee's is of utmost importance yet the service is pathetic.
