Online registration frustration

I registered with UNISA on the 25th of January, and paid the minimum registration fee for the one NDP subject on the 1st of Feb. Both these dates were within Unisa's cut-off dates for registration. However, my registration status still shows as "registration incomplete" - when I finally got through to someone I could talk to - I was told that because of a problem with THEIR system, all NDP courses for the first semester were blocked, and that I could now only register for it in the second semester. This is highly unacceptable, since I had organised my entire year around this, and because my registration was done within Unisa's cut off dates. Who can help me with this?
