Issues with registration

I've been trying to register since December 2012 and I receive errors on my application. I have emailed UNISA and received a useless response 3 weeks later. I attempted to register again in January but that was of no use as the error still persisted. Its almost time for registration to end and I have yet to hear from the pathetic email service introduced by UNISA and also the Ombadsman with regard to the registration anomalies.
