No results or graduation after completing the cou

I have been sent by my employer to do the 2 year diploma course on Infection control. 2011 modules were passed under infection control department, results are sent to nursing department to fo last second yesr which was done.2012 nursing modules werebpassed too, to qualify for AdvDiploma in nursing specialise in Infection control. Since then nothing except results marks is known to me. No date of graduation, nothing is like knowing what is happening with the issues of our certificate. Its like reffered from pillar to post, from different offices and with no outcome. My employer is demanding the certificate he sent me for, that i dont know eho yo talk to. All that i want is my results and my certificate since is 6month now i have completed the study. This also make it difficult to continue with my studies since i dont have anything to show. My student number at the university is 689488.
