Unisa
NO FEEDBACK DESPITE PASSING ACE/ NOVEMBER 2012

I applied to Unisa to do a one year study in ACE LO. I completed my year at the end of Oct/Nov culminating in exams, of which i passed all five of my subjects. Despite numerous phone calls (to which no one ever answers) Many emails which receive only an automated response but no feed back. I was emailed in April this year and asked for a copy of my ID and marriage certificate so they could finalise graduation, I scanned and emailed these back on the same day and to date am still awaiting a response, and graduation has come and gone with no word from them. I am frustrated and at the end of my tether. I require a document from them confirming the last date of all credits passed as well as my certificate. I am a GDE employee and i am unable to receive my once off study bonus as Unisa is not responding. This has caused me untold financial stress. Unisa also owes me R650.00 as i am in credit and i will not study through them in future. One just has to go onto facebook and see the comments about Unisa to see that it is no longer the top correspondence university.
