No certificate as proof aftr 3yrs aleady qualified

I qualified and passed my trade test 2010 and three years down the line I still don't have my certificate. I've called, e-mailed, even flew op to JHB from Cape Town, go to TETA to find out what the hold up is. Eventually after a 30 minute search in disorganised offices I stand with my certificate in hand and receive a lame excuse that the CEO hasn't signed it and I had to go back home empty handed. I stayed in contact with Teboho, who I phoned and e-mailed back and for with some difficulty as everything with TETA.Its obvious that the employees at TETA are incompetent of doing their jobs. Therefor I look incompetent when I apply for vacancies having no proof of qualification, the result then to struggle to get my license and it is compromising my chances of getting employed! With holding me from earning a living after studying and paying for studies which I have nothing to show for, I am sure u won't take it upon TETA to look after me and my bills. So don't make your incompetency my problem, so that I don't have to make my problems yours! The public needs to know what a waste of service and use you are, what are u getting paid for if u can't just even sign a certificate and post it!
