Satisfied after a very long struggle

Good day All.

This is to note that yes we have Incompetent departments in our country but in those Departments they are people who would go an extra mile just to get the job done. I applied for a Combined Matric certificate in 2010, to cut the story short, the long waits and being taken from Pillar to Post went on for 3 years, I have been through so many people explaining the same problem but no one could help. Finally I went back to the Department and a gentleman by the Name of Neil was Kind enough to listen to my story even when he had knocked off, I was left there with his manager who was also Keen and willing to help, They went through my certificate request and from there onwards he kept me informed and in less than 2 months I got my Certificate. It is now easy for me to Apply to different companies without explaining myself why I don't have a certificate.
