Struggling to get certificate

I did my diesel trade at JMC in Bloemfontein June 2012. According to Merseta office Bloemfontein my initial certificate got lost in the mail. After promising that I will receive my certificate and that I shall have it soon, I still haven't received anything. I want to apply for jobs, and can't do so without my certificate. This is really a big frustration for me now.
