Examination Dates

I started studying a SAIM business management course through College Sa in January of this year. Now a week before I am supposed to write exams no one can tell me if I am registered for the examnations or not. I (like most of their students) are employed full time and have to take study leave, so please tell me what I am supposed to do if my boss tells me that it is way to short notice, which it is? Pay for my exams again next semester?
