False Advertising

I received study material yesterday but I was so shocked as it was merely Juta textbooks. If all SACOB provides is textbooks, I could buy that at a fraction of the price and self-study. According to the website, a study package includes:

o Textbooks

o Study guides

o Workbooks

o Passcards

o Practice and Revision Kits

o Lecturer Support - via Email, Phone and access to the Student Question & Answer Platform

I have only received the textbooks!!! when I contacted the college I started an online chat with someone called Tanja who indicated that at present the Study guides for CIS are not available as soon as these are we will be sending them to students. I am writing exams in May and there is no limeline provided for when will get the study guides which is a pivotal part of studying. I enrolled through SACOB for the full package and not just the textbooks. She then tells me that it does state on our website that not all the courses are provided with the same things for each study package and sends me a link. This is false advertising, why then am I paying over R12000 for textbooks, that is day light
