HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!

I registered with Damelin Correspondence College in July 2013 as i have a full time 8am-5pm Job. The registration went smoothly Damelin but after that they dont give a hoot about you or your course as long as they have their money! I registered for exams well before the closing date (2-3 weeks) faxed through my registration forms for exams and emailed to enquire about them. I was told to wait until registrations closed. two weeks before exams i had still NOT received any acknowledgement of being registered for October 2013 exams. I contacted the Call centre, faxed through my application again and emailed 3 advisors. I eventually went into head office from Johannesburg which is inconvenient as i had to take a full day unpaid leave and travel over 70km to sort out my exam registration! My course is paid for in FULL with my exams fees paid in FULL and today exam results were meant to be released and NOTHING!! 2 and a half months after exams!! i called at 15:45 was put on hold as damelin closed office, i will take this to the consumer act for not carry out the service they clearly falsely advertised i want a full refund if im to battle like this. its ridiculous!!
