Pathetic servic from DAMELIN

I have been registered with damelin since November 2012 for two courses namely SAIM - Business Management and South African taxation. I originally registered for the business management but at the time of registration a promotion was running that if you do a managment course I get a free course, so they gave me a list of three courses to choose from and I chose taxation. Now that exam time came, I registered for the November 2013 exams so that I can write the tax course (Which is an extra R450 that they don't even tell you about) and a lady from there exam registration department contacts me to tell me I am not registered to write that course as I am registered for the Business management course only and she is trying to imply to me that I am incompetent that I don't know which courses I am doing so please explain to me why you would send me study material for a course I am not doing? I phoned back later to confirm which courses I am doing and they confirmed that I do have tax but that lady gave me terrible service as she then said they didn't receive my exam registration. I am so frustrated and I would like to actualy cancel all my courses and get a full refund. FRUSTRATED!!
