Plastering the Neighbourhood with rogue ads

I noticed their advertisement board appearing prominently on a very visible spot on public space, right next to my house in Green Point, Cape Town. When a few days passed and I saw no work happening, I called the number mentioned and asked them, why they plaster this public ground and whether they were authorized by the city or planning to do pro bono work on the ground. Their only suggestion was, that the sign was removed from one of their sites and placed there by a third party, which is obviously a poor excuse for rogue advertisement. Instead of offering to remove the sign themselves I did that myself and promise to never work with a company with such unethical advertisement methods.
