Bad installation on a Supposed Marble tile

I purchased the marble tile from the above supplier, through his website. I was assured that the stones has more shine than ordinary ceramic tile. I purchased the product and the same company installed it because they said they were specialists in dealing with marble.
just two weeks After installing the marble it was dull with no shine with gaps between the tiles and some tiles
were broken the levelling was out of shape.
Shakir Dawood came to the house and agreed that the above will be corrected that was in January 2013.
Despite several emails and phone calls the work is still not done. On the week of the 14/4/2013 he sent a tiler to my place at 15.30 this was on a Sunday the tiler took one tile out and put a new tile from my extra stock, this time the tile is higher than the others and posing danger to people walking on it. This is more dangerous because I have a blind child in the house. That is all what this tiler had one. Shakir is not responding to my phone calls and emails.. He demanded full payment to be made before starting the job.
