Failure to repay a deposit

A quote from SA Granite (Wesley van Schalkwyk) was accepted and a deposit of R 8, 000 was paid by myself. We set several dates with him to do the installation, however every time he did not pitch. After further attempts to get hold of him (cell phone 0711553372) and Whatsup messages he did not respond. This was now from last year September. Attorneys also tried to collect the monies without success.

You just need to prevent him from not doing it to other customers.
