Goods paid for but not received

I had a solar system installed by the above company. The items on the invoice includes a 20A digital timer. I did not receive this. I also purchased a Geyser Wise system from them but the following items where not given to me, even thought I paid for them: water leak detector and extention, 12V link cable, Alarm cable and the instruction manual. I have e-mailed the supplier but have not received any response yet.
