Solar Geyser installation-no support, Eskom rebate

I got a quote from above company. The quote stated a Apollo solar geyser. I accepted the quote & the installation was done on 01/03/2013. I found the panel that was installed was not a Apollo system but a Pacific system. During installation it was found that my geyser was leaking. My insurance replaced the geyser on 05/03/2013 at which time I realized that the geyser thermostat was not replaced with the 1 that came with my Geyser Wise. This was corrected. At the time of installation, unused accessories that came with the Geyser Wise where removed from my premises.
His team also tried to remove the new geyser's thermostat but I was able to stop them.
My complaints:
1. Untidy installation-panel on roof was skew -complaint ignored.
2. I want the Geyser Wise accessories returned (I paid for it) -promised to return it 4 weeks ago, still waiting.
3. Warm water circulating back to panel at night -promised to come and investigate 4 weeks ago, still waiting.
4. One of the tubes was not working properly -after 2 promises to come and see to the problem but never came a incomplete tube was delivered to my house.
5. He promised I would get a Eskom Tracking number - nothing received yet.
