Jimmy De Villiers installed a solar geyser on my property 5 months ago, he told me if I turned off the water supply to my house and drained the system the geyser would`nt drain. The first time I had to do this all the hot water from the geyser drained as well. When I phoned him he told me the problem would be a vacuum breaker and it was`nt covered by the guarantee as was`nt the element because he bought them from a different supplier. I was given the impression the the whole system was guaranteed not just part of it. I have had to drain it twice thats 400LTS DOWN THE DRAIN, a plumber who repairs a leak only to find his fitting is faulty does`nt say it`s not his problem because he bought it at a different shop HE FIXES IT FOR FREE. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE JIMMY... I certainly will not be recommending Apollo solar technology.
