BAD MANUFACTURED PRODUCT

I have bought 2 solar geyser from this supplier DIY and as per the the web site they are SABS and eEskom approved.
On collection of the geyser I was supplied secondhand parts and had to phone several times to have it exchanged. One geyser was installed but no hot water came from the system. The unit was inspected closely and it was found some internal feedpipes was not installed as per the other new unit compared with. Days of leaving messages I finally talked with Morneand he point blank refuse to attend to this problem, I have instruct my attorneys to take legal action agains him and his company. Do not deal with this company as it is not worth it
