I purchased and installed a solar geyser system from Minalogix in 2012and since then it has been a waste of time and a lot of money. I had to replace a water pump out of my own pocket while its still under guarantee. I did contact Andrew a lot of times but I did not get any feedback or response. Now the geyser doesn't switch off when it gets to the preset water temperature causing it to boil and blow water out the release valve. I've contacted Andrew again, sent him emails but the only answer I'm getting is that he is waiting for his supplier to tell him what the problem is. What kind of company installs and repair geysers but they have to wait for the supplier to tell them what the problem is. And he has been telling me this story for a couple of weeks now. Now he wants to put a timer in for the geyser to run on electricity at certain times until he has resolved the problem. What is the point of having a SOLAR geyser then anyway. I'm am still having the same problem so I guess I will have to get another company to sort it out for me.
