Returning deposit after my extended delay

I placed an order and put down a deposit for some flooring in 2010. Due to building delays and unforeseen circumstances, I never took delivery of the order. When I followed up this year (2013), the stock had been cleared - who would hold onto an item for someone for three years, no blame there.

Without asking for it, my deposit was returned, no questions asked. After such an extended amount of time, I would have expected some resistance, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful, efficient and professional.

It is a refreshing breath of air to be dealt with proper customer care, respect, and attention and although I did not complete this transaction, I will be back in the future to conduct more business with them.
