Perfect Laser
Deposit taken, no delivery

In November 2012 i decided to purchase 2 machines, 1 laser cutter and 1 metal/granite engraver. I paid a deposit of R65k to perfect laser for the attention
of Warwick-Chandler-Smith, CEO of the company. The deposit was paid and shipping requests was supposed to have been put in last year Nov, as confirmed by him. After numerous excuses of shipping
delays, I decided to cancel my order. My cancellation was also no only based on non-delivery/empty promises, but also on other testimonials of people
on Hello Peter, that was still experiencing a loss of money, by getting trapped in this business transaction. i still am unable to get hold of Warwick via sms, phone, mobile or email. NOTHING! Perfect Laser still owes me R57500.00 and is making no attempt to remedy this problem. The few times i managed to get hold of Warwick, he was always busy or tried to get me off the phone with empty promises with no follow through.
